(Deutsch) Unsere App ist seit 3 Jahren am Markt: Es wird Zeit die Anwendungskonzepte zu überprüfen und neue Features zu entwickeln, für eine verbesserte Usability. Die App heisst ab dem ersten Update dann Dowser 4.0.

As of June 20, 2018, the Open Data-Community has 6000 members. The focus of our users is active in the USA. The community spurs us on, so we’re planning a new release with new, special features.

Troubleshooting. Moving to our new data server interrupted the app’s connection to the database. We were able to successfully complete the fault detection and rectification on June 14 and make arrangements for the future.

In April we have entered into a cooperation with the degree program Engineering Informatics of Department II of HTW Berlin for the summer semester 2018. Together with 4 students, the prototypical implementation of an electronic patient information system takes place, which corresponds to the analyzed requirement from the year 2017. This information system has the potential to achieve faster supplies through rapid information gathering and distribution and to take account of previous illnesses, allergies and intolerances on a good knowledge base. This increase in quality can save lives.

As part of a scientific work, a technical implementation review took place in order to implement the role concepts and information flows worked out in the requirement analysis in cross platform applications. The result was evaluated by the participating institutions and found to be correct.

As part of the Dowser project, we carried out a system survey (requirements analysis) in cooperation with the Beuth University of Applied Sciences, the Technical University of Brandenburg and the University of Economics and Law in the federal states of Berlin and Brandenburg. In this we have collected the entire rescue chain from the emergency call to the treatment in the hospital and the follow-up care of the family doctor and together with the respective institutions digitization points identified, which can make the work of the authorities internally and comprehensively more effective and efficient. In addition, the consideration took place under implementation aspects. Out of this project a detailed documentation has been created, which can be requested by e-mail from us.
